The New Mexico Attorney General’s Sunshine Roadshow will make a stop in
Hobbs on March 17, 2010. The free
Roadshow seminar trains public officials, public employees and citizens in
how to interpret and implement New Mexico’s “sunshine” laws – the Open
Meetings Act and the Inspection of Public Records Act. These two transparency
laws are the pillar of open government in our state, insuring that the public
