Open Records in the Time of Covid
FOG’s Continuing Legal Education half-day seminar, “Open Records in the Time of Covid,” is Cancelled, The in-class version will be limited to the first 20 registrants and others are invited to attend the training virtually.
The onsite class will be held at the Albuquerque Journal Auditorium, 7777 Jefferson NE, Albuquerque to the first 25 participants who have proof of Covid vaccination.
The class will also be available via an online portal. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the sessions will run through 1 p.m. The agenda includes Victims of Crime Act and the Inspection of Public Records, a session on Ethics, an update on IPRA cases before the New Mexico Court of Appeals, an IPRA update from the Attorney General’s office, and a hot topic, Covid, IPRA and HIPAA.
The cost is $125. Those participating will receive 2.5 general credits and .7 ethics credits.
