Become a Supporter

Support FOG The New Mexico Foundation for Open Government needs you.

Your donation enables us to continue our work protecting your right to know. Without ongoing support, government activity in New Mexico would be less transparent. We rely on your generosity to persist in our efforts to safeguard against government secrecy and demand accountability. FOG is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your annual contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

As a supporter, you receive FOG Light, our monthly newsletter on the state of data and access to records and meetings in New Mexico and you have access to our FOG board members who can provide needed advice about the Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA) and the Open Meetings Act (OMA). You also get discounts to our annual Continuing Education Seminar and early bird invitations to our annual Dixon First Amendment Freedom Awards.
